Under the banner "Welcome to the heart of flavors Nord-Pas de Calais" coordinates the promotional activities of different agencies , actions are proposed. Whatever your distribution: Regional and will guide you. It is supported by the Conseil Régional du Nord-Pas de Calais, as part of the State Plan Region.
Sactions are aimed at promoting local products, increase the gastronomic image of the region, develop the agricultural and food companies.

- Representation of the Nord / Pas de Calais to the public fairs (Salon de l'Agriculture, Kent County Show, Salon des Saveurs, regional fairs, ...)
- Edition documentation (guide local products, recipe booklet, posters, newsletter, ...)
- Conduct of regional operations in the catering sector (Tables Régionales, catering, ...)
- Promotion of products under the sign identifying the quality and origin (red label, organic farming, AOC, CCP, ...).
