Signs official Identification of Quality and Origin (SIQO) and the regional brandSaveurs en'Or
Food products bearing signs of quality are all the rage. Faced with a large supply, consumers are hungry for french benchmarks enabling them to save time. NWe chose to present here, the 4 SOfficial signs Identification of Quality and PPE cause (SIQO): Label Rouge, the Certification of Conformity of Product, the AOC label organic and the new regional brand : Saveurs en'Or.

The product should be different from standard products by at least two characteristics.
The process is voluntary, collective or individual. The checks are carried out by a certification body.

« AOC » OFFICIALLY « DU TERROIR »
The official sign "Appellation d'origine contrôlée" (AOC) said the close link between a product, a land and know-how of the people of this land. Quality is the result of this union that can not be replicated elsewhere.
The checks are carried out by the'INAO (Institut National des Appellations d'Origine).
The AOC is primarily a tool of protection of the appellation of origin. At European level, there are also a Community of origin: PDO and PGI. Applicants must already be a regulator SIQO.
« AB » OFFICIALLY NATURAL
This sign indicates that an official food product is derived from a mode of production on the environment, which prohibits synthetic chemicals and respects the welfare of animals. The products themselves must be composed of at least 95% of the ingredients of "organic".
