A series of socio-economic partners are joining forces to help investors achieve their implementation projects in the Nord-Pas de Calais. These include Nord France eXpert (NFX) and its local partners, DIACT (State french), the Regional Councils of North and Pas-de-Calais, the Regional Chamber of Commerce and of Industry, Finorpa and Sodie.
A full range of personalized services
When investors have completed their project, NFX and its partners provide their valuable assistance: preparation of records and information sector, proposals for location, research buildings, partners, suppliers, and home tour, mounting operational and project administration, negotiation of aid. This assistance extends to all administrative claims in terms of recruitment and training, and support customized to each company and its employees to facilitate their installation.
The premium for land use
The premium of land use is a capital subsidy granted by the State (DIACT) enterprises that carry out investments that create jobs in areas classified. Investment programs must be greater than 2.3 million euros excluding tax. For industrial companies, the bonus can reach 11 000 per job in the high-priority areas if at least 15 permanent jobs are created over 3 years (30 jobs if it is an extension) and 8 000 in priority areas. For companies in the service sector, similar rules have been defined.
The Special Fund Implementation
This premium has been created by the Regional Council to facilitate location in the region geographically mobile and projects that create jobs. It may intervene in addition to the premium of land use. The amount depends on the number of jobs created and the importance of the program.
